 Can you do estimates for ICBC or other insurance companies?

  •  Yes! We can do all of them. Feel free to contact us for additional information.

 What do I do if I’ve been in an accident?


  • Please open a claim with your insurance company before you book an estimate with us. If your collision and or comprehensive insurance is with ICBC, you can directly call them to open a claim. If you are with a private insurance company, then please call ICBC to open a claim, and then your private insurance company. If you have a replacement cost policy that is separate from ICBC or your private insurer, then you will have to open a claim with them as well.

 Can you match paint colour?


  • Yes, absolutely. Our techs will use special tools in order to get the exact or closest match possible.

Can I get a courtesy or rental car?


  • If you have loss of use coverage, you can get into a rental vehicle that is similar in size to what you have. However, if you don’t, it may be possible, but it depends on your insurer. Please check with your insurer.

Who do I pay my deductible to?

  • If you are required to pay a deductible, it is required to be paid at the time that the repairs are completed.

Do I need to make an appointment for an estimate?

  • Yes, we would prefer you make an appointment, so we can ensure that there is an estimator available for your preferred date and time.

What should I bring with me when I come in for an estimate?


  • Please bring your insurance documents, as well as any applicable replacement cost policies and claim numbers.
